Tell us about your business and how you became the successful business woman you are today. (how did you get the courage to open your own practice, what motivated you, how many hours you put in, how you keep a positive outlook, etc)
My mission is to help people without drugs and surgery achieve their health goals and better themselves naturally! I was blessed to be able to join the family practice once my husband and I graduated 10 years ago with his Dad- Dr. Bob, who has been in practice now for 43 years! I love giving HOPE to people and being a puzzle solver- that’s what keeps it fun everyday!
Top 3 words that best describe you!
What do you consider your greatest professional achievement?
Being a Chiropractor, certified in Pediatrics/Pregnancy, as well as Breast Thermography!
What are your professional goals for the next six months?
Collaborating and meeting as many new women in Cleveland.
What profession other than your own would you like to attempt?
Good question- I can’t think of being anything else but I am always looking to improve areas in my life to be better and exploring new things. If you have any ideas let me know!
How do you maintain a work/life balance?
Bike riding with my husband, reading and listening to books and podcasts, exploring Cleveland, and having more FUN! Also letting perfectionism go (that’s the biggest one!)

What are your top three favorite places or things to do in your city?
Bike riding the Towpath, Visiting downtown during the summertime (Indian’s Games), Grocery shopping at Ohio City Provisions. I love supporting local.
What is your goal for retirement?
To not have regrets, to be fulfilled with my accomplishments and to have helped as many people as possible! Also to have traveled!
Do you have any advice for women who’d like to start their own company?
Find out what you get excited about and what will make your mission and vision BIG! Talk to as many professionals in that field as possible, call them, meet them, and use them as your mentors. Listen to wisdom!
