Kicking off International Women’s Day on March 8th we are so excited to spotlight women leaders in and around the Cleveland area. Meet Erika Fatica owner of Alla Moda Boutique! This Business Savy Diva gives me the low down on herself and running a successful online and sip and shop event boutique!
Tell us about your business and how you became the successful business woman you are today. (how did you get the courage to open your own store, what motivated you, how many hours you put in, how you keep a positive outlook, etc)
Alla Moda has always been a dream of mine. I attended Fashion School and learned the ins and outs of running a business and becoming a Boss Babe. Ever since then, I have been motivated to be where I am today. I wanted to provide a unique customer service based shopping experience and build relationships with customers by hosting sip and shop events and being available to my customers all hours of the day. To be honest, I am always working on Alla Moda! This is my dream, and it never feels like work 🙂
